Common Questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app and go to the subscription screen. Tap "Restore Purchases" to restore any previous subscriptions or credit purchases.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to support@rigelapps.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your User ID in the email body.
You can find your User ID in the Profile screen of the app.
We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
How do credits work?
You start with free credits when you create an account. Each exercise generation costs credits depending on the quality mode you choose. Pro subscribers have unlimited credits.
Is my data private?
Yes. We use anonymous authentication — no email or personal info is required. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
